Tenancy Fees All Fees stated are inclusive of VAT (calculated at 20%)
Tenancy Agreement / Admin Fee £250 per person
Deposit Typically between four to six weeks rent

Letting Only Fee 6% + VAT/ 7.2% Inclusive VAT
Letting and Rent Collection 7% + VAT/ 8.4% Inclusive VAT
Letting, Rent Collection and Property Management 10%+ VAT/ 12% Inclusive VAT
Property Management Only 8% + VAT/ 9.6% Inclusive VAT
Short Term Letting 12% + VAT/ 14.4% Inclusive VAT

MID TERM / DURING YOUR TENANCY (if required)

CANCELLATION FEES

Once an offer for letting the property has been accepted by both parties and Tenancy Agreements prepared, (whether in final draft or not), You will be liable for a cancellation fee of (£500 Inclusive VAT) in the event of the tenancy not proceeding due to circumstances beyond the control of DAVID KEY You should inform DAVID KEY immediately if you do not wish to proceed.




Throughout the tenancy and at the end of the tenancy there are other costs that must be covered on top of the rent. These might include:

  • Utilities (gas, electricity, water and telephone)
  • Council Tax
  • Television licence
  • Installation of cable/satellite
  • Insurance (for your personal and own contents)
  • Garden maintenance
  • Professional cleaning of the property
  • Dilapidations

*Please speak to your experienced property consultant for clarification if your circumstances would warrant the need for a guarantor.
